In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — The personal gaming account registered by a Player on the hz888 platform through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and account management functions are conducted.
• "Balance" — The total PKR amount held in a Player's hz888 Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus balance, displayed separately in the Account dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded to a Player by hz888 under a specific promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

Each individual Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) hz888 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, valid mobile number, date of birth, and a secure unique password. hz888 is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hz888 Account login credentials. hz888 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. You must notify hz888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. hz888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

hz888 conducts KYC verification on all Accounts before processing the first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC. hz888 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership, proof of address, or enhanced due diligence documentation in line with our AML obligations.

4.2 Processing & Fees

Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) typically credit within 5–15 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation time and are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the moment of credit.

4.3 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. hz888 strictly prohibits deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any such deposit discovered will result in immediate account review, reversal of the deposit amount, and potential account suspension pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Account balance to their verified PKR payment accounts at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus funds that have not completed their applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the "Place Bet" action is confirmed — subsequent odds movements do not affect an accepted in-play bet.

8.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

• If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned;
• If an event is postponed but rescheduled and commences within 72 hours of the original start time, bets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture;
• If an event commences but is subsequently abandoned, settlement will be based on the official result at the time of abandonment where sufficient play has occurred per the sport's governing body rules, or voided if insufficient play has occurred.

8.3 Obvious Errors in Odds

hz888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in clear error (palpable error). 8.4 Maximum Payout

The maximum single-bet payout across all Sportsbook markets is PKR 2,000,000 per event per Player, unless hz888 has communicated a different limit in writing for a specific event or promotion.

hz888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Account settings panel without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on deposits — effective immediately on reduction, subject to 7-day cooling period on increases;

Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all real-money balances returned to the verified payment method, and any winnings derived from gameplay forfeited. hz888 cooperates with responsible gaming authorities and will not re-open accounts of self-excluded Players during their exclusion period under any circumstances.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the hz888 Sportsbook;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening hz888 staff or other players through any channel;
• Using hz888 services for money laundering, financing of criminal activity, or any purpose contrary to applicable law.

hz888 provides its services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hz888 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or communication failures;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, even if hz888 has been advised of the possibility of such losses;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the Platform where hz888 has taken reasonable steps to ensure accuracy;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials;
• Any decision by a competent authority to restrict, suspend, or prohibit online gambling activity that affects a Player's access to hz888.

hz888's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content on the hz888 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, game logic, trade names, and the hz888 brand mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of hz888 and/or its licensed content suppliers. No Player obtains any proprietary right in Platform content through their use of hz888 services.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any hz888 Platform content without our express prior written consent. Automated scraping or harvesting of odds data, game data, or any other Platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which hz888 holds its international gaming licence.
